The Cuisine
Our kitchen offers an omakase menu (at the chef’s discretion) in the traditional kaiseki style, honouring the ingredients of each Japanese season and the events of the traditional calendar.
Each dish is prepared with care to enable you to experience the subtle changing of the seasons.

For guests who particularly enjoy sushi, we also offer the ‘Sushi Kaiseki Menu’, in which around half the menu consists of sushi.
We also offer the ‘Shojin Kaiseki Menu’, specially designed for vegetarians, to suit your dietary preferences and lifestyle.
Furthermore, we can adapt our dishes to comply with kosher or halal requirements. Please do let us know if you wish to do so.
For special occasions, it is possible to upgrade the quality of the ingredients and dishes.
Please feel free to contact us with any personal requests.
Drinks
With the Kaiseki style, discover the subtle and refined harmony between the dishes and the drinks.
At Komatsubaki, we offer mainly Japanese sake and wine.
For the sake, we have deliberately limited our selection to offer only the very highest quality varieties, chosen primarily for their perfect pairing with our dishes.
Whilst taste is our priority, we also attach great importance to the vessels: you can choose your favourite cup from our collection, which will enhance the pleasure of the moment.
For the wines, our list favours light and elegant Burgundies, which are the ideal accompaniment to Japanese cuisine.
The owners of the vineyards or sakagura taste our dishes themselves before selecting, ‘the bottle that pairs best’ for each one.
Savour this moment when the unique character of sake and wine harmonises perfectly with the dishes.
We also offer a variety of non-alcoholic drinks.
