At Komatsubaki, we offer authentic Japanese cuisine in the traditional kaiseki style, which celebrates the seasons through a succession of varied dishes.
Although kaiseki cuisine remains relatively unknown in Paris, we wish to introduce more people to its depth and unique charm.
In 2013, Japanese cuisine was inscribed on the UNESCO List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
We hope that, through Komatsubaki, Parisians and visitors from around the world alike will be able to experience the aesthetic sensitivity inspired by the four Japanese seasons, as well as the beauty of traditions passed down through the centuries.
